Caroline is our Managing Director.

Caroline joined Weir Systems Ltd as a junior programmer after graduating university in 1996, with an honours degree in Mathematical Methods for Information Technology.  Within a few years she progressed to Senior Analyst Programmer and Team Leader, then to Project Lead.

Over the past 20 years, she has been involved in many projects including the implementation of mouse functionality within the Prodigy software. She was senior analyst involved in the design and implementation of the food services software.

As part of a move to future-proof the company, Caroline has taken over as Managing Director as of 2017.
