The software is totally integrated and includes its own accounts package, though may be linked to third party packages.

for Growers
When linked to agronomy software, provides traceability from field, through direct deliveries or pack house, to the customer. This is the philosophy behind the ‘Field to Fork’ concept required by many in the food chain. This can involve the use of the latest mobile technology linked to bar coding.
for Marketing Companies
In addition to the traditional marketing companies, there has been a rapid growth of growers forming their own marketing companies, to pool their resources and provide benefits for the members. As for the traditional companies, deals with all aspects, from remittances to customers, tracing the sale of available produce, through to self-billing of the growers, usually less a commission deducted for marketing company expenses.
for Trading Companies
The trading sheet sometimes used by marketing companies as well as dedicated trading companies, is fully configurable to each customer's requirements. It allows complete visibility of all transactions from beginning to end and may include once self billing. It is well tried and tested, being particularly robust in a high intensity, multi user environment. We have many customers, not all in the fresh produce industry, who consider the trading sheet to be the engine room of their business making the reliability, robustness and speed extremely important.
for the Catering Industry (delivered)
The catering wholesaler takes orders by telephone, fax and EDI, to be picked, loaded and delivered to the customer. There would normally be an element of split boxes or packages as part of the order. In addition, different price lists may be applied for different customers. Dealings may be entirely electronic (e.g. EDI), with orders received, invoiced and remittances generated for electronic payment into the bank. The system can deal with all of the above and much more and may be customised to meet each customer's requirements.
for Wholesale Suppliers (collected)
Wholesale suppiers refers to the traditional wholesale market, with consignment sales off a pitch and customers coming on site to buy goods. The sales are usually only for bulk items and we can offer handheld technology to simplify and assist with cash and stock reconciliation and traceability. Open or fixed price sales can be accommodated for return to the supplier.
